The Strings is an Internationally Acclaimed Pakistani Pop-Rock Band. It all started in 1988 when Four College Students, Faisal Kapadia (Lead Vocalist), Bilal (Guitarist, Vocalist,  Rafiq Wazir Ali (Synthesizer) and Kareem Bashir Bhoy (Bass Guitar). After Breaking Apart, Kapadia and Bilal Ushered a Revival in Pakistan Musical Industry.

How else can we explain the fact that Throughout Each of the Major Eras of Pakistani Music, which have seen Egos, Fame and Money Rip Apart Countless Bands, Strings have Largely Managed to Remain Ubiquitous and Familiar?

The Band’s Nostalgic Music Still Remains in the Heart of Youth. Starting from Sar Kye ye Pahaar in 1992 when they Successfully Won the Attention and Recognition. However, after a Break till 1999, Durr and Kahani Mohabbat Ki has garnered them the International Recognition and Popularity. These Songs are Still the most Iconic Songs in Pakistan’s Musical History.
